We have two Aqua Fitness class on every Tuesday and Thursday.

Seely’s Motel has successfully promoted The Aqua Fitness program in Shediac with our Instructor – Paulette Leblanc in recent years. Now, we have two Aqua Fitness class on every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 am to 9:30 am and 9:30 am to 10:30 am in the morning.

The evening class to be started soon on every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm, based on minimum number of people are registered.
